I think it's a bit too early for that DK Ryan.
Problems:
- We will need a venue (with spectators)
- Venue needs funds
- Funds mean sponsor
- Sponsor needs to provide prizes


We can have a drift meet with AUH, but that too we need a fair midpoint venue.
Prizes? We can have a small 'registration fee', and the winner gets the total prize money.

we can do a competition within the team just to raise fund for the site and have our own domain name.
and besides we at uaercclub is working on it.. website, events, sponsors, competitions, permanent track.. etc
were already a part of it lets just hope everything goes thru as planned.

Tighten your rear ball diff, but not too much that it'll break once stressed.
Increase the break settings on your ESC to get stronger breaks; less free wheeling.

How expensive is it to reserve a stage thing for a night or somesin'.

Drift competitions do sound a little hard to arrange, a competition isn't really a competition unless theres a crowd around. And for a crowd, you need a set up...

we use to have a dry run competition before

this time it is a real competition with price & entry fee we just need a number of registration to run the competition.

As long as I walk away with the money...

because not all wants to spend 25dhs for entry fee, just to get beaten by a 12 yr old kid, i'm planning a DC maybe december. . . . NO entry fee. . . i will be the judge (as usual). . .there will be NO prizes. . . except for stickeez mentioning that you are the DK for that particular event(each event should have a title) The sticker will be to scale. . you can stick it on your car or your toolbox and let others see it. . .
and you'll have a photo ops with your winning rig, and we post it on this forum, so you'll be PROUD!!!

no prizes. . . . just the PRIDE of once being a DK
