Good evening gentlmen!!! I'm back and I am happy to announce again that we have been invited by the Yas Marina Management to be a part of the Abu Dhabi Formula Drift event this coming Feb. 25, 2011 (Friday) at yas Circuit and perform rc drifting for the spectators.

Sir Jay, we need a size and design again for track layout (little urgent if possible please!)and I will try to request Yas office to arrange the track for us. This is only a one day event. The timing is from 6:30 pm to 11 pm.

Jay, please email me the list of participants/drivers plus 1 guest each and I will try to arrange a free pass for the wife / guest. Also other arrangements we might require like power supplies, tables or pit area and let us see if how are they going to manage this since as usual, there are no fees involved here so that means they have to prepare everything. I just want to compare them with Adrenaline group when it comes to inviting groups like us.

So that's it guys, please send me the list a.s.a.p and I am sorry if this is a short notice. I was contacted only last Thursday.

I can make the track layout but we need to know how big of an area we are allotted for.
From there we can maximize the area with the track and the set-up stations/tables. Or do we get to decide with the area?

Lance, i'll try to request for a 10 x 20 meters area plus tables & power supplies for the pit area. If u can provide me a general arrangement layout for the track & pit, it's much better so i can forward to them & request to make the same arrangement & if possible, list of other requirements. Thanks a lot!

Good day guys! I have a good news for you. Yas events management might provide free t-shirt for each demo driver and a free pass (1 only) for each and they are asking me for t-shirt size of each driver. So kindly make a list and email me not later than today so i can forward to them tonight. For the extra passes, i'll try my best to ask for some but that i can not promise until they hand over to me the passes & maybe t-shirts.

Regarding the track, they might provide tables, chair, power supply and barriers as i have requested. They might also layout the zebra tapes for us as per your design & that i will confirm sooner.

I'll give more updates later.
