As I told you, we would like to involve you guys one way or another.

Could you take a look at this and see what could be done?

- When would your team be available? There's a possibility that we would like to use you as promotion the days before the event.
- Could we have public participants trying the R/C's?
- How much room would you need for a decent set-up?
- Could we have Dado Feghali trying the R/C's?
- If there's anything else you would think about that is needed?
- Are you in need of power outlets during the event?

As Romeo said, we are very excited about this event.

To answer most of your question:

- When would your team be available? There's a possibility that we would like to use you as promotion the days before the event.
*Most of the guys are available during Fridays. But some might turn up during the weekdays as well.
we Dubai guys would only be able to come on Friday.
- Could we have public participants trying the R/C's?
*It would be very difficult to convince the guys to let others try their cars out.
Especially with the ones who have no experience with the cars. These cars are a bit expensive to maintain and set-up is very important. One hard hit can change the overall performance of the car.
If you want the public to try out some cars, we can help you acquire test cars and we'll set them up so they'll drift easier for the public.
- How much room would you need for a decent set-up?
*Normally for an exhibition, we require a 20x10m area - drift track and set-up area.

- Could we have Dado Feghali trying the R/C's?
*Sure thing.

- If there's anything else you would think about that is needed?
*If you can provide us some tables and chairs for setting-up the cars.

- Are you in need of power outlets during the event?
*Yes, for charging our batteries please.

i hope it will coz once we start it with them, every event they have we will be involve

@Jon ask also the organizer if they have a plain smooth surface...

i already ask the guys & he told me that the event is in corniche cark park only.

they can provide only aspalt surface

as long as its smooth enough for drift..its good!!

aspalt at the corniche is same as area we use to play

if Dado can drift in that area we also can

I'm sorry that we are so late with this. If we knew about you guys, we would try to use you on our University activations.
At the moment, the only thing we would be able to fit you in for, time wise, would be at the activation on Cornish on Thursday night.

How would that fit you schedule? Between 4-11pm?

Sad to hear that. We were hoping we'd be able to do Friday as well.

Anyway, we'll check with the guys there in Abu Dhabi if they'd be able to come during those times.

We'll let you know in the soonest possible time.


Some questions though..

1. If ever some of us can come down there, who will we get contact to for the arrangements?
2. Track area?
3. Power outlets?
4. Set-up tables and chairs?

But i think were not enough is there any body from DXB can come

oooppsss...ill just go on friday for the Extreme Hobbies Event.

the event is on thursday night @ bandit. We have yet to receive a reply if possible to make it on Friday. Should the event in AUH not materialise on Friday, then the DC will be in DXB.

actually the organizer already reply

as per his reply friday is not possible & the possible slot is on thursday only

im still waiting for AUH boys to confirm thier attendance & i think were not enough to go to the

event

I would love to come down there but I may not have enough time. Im sure you guys in AUH can take care this event

We will definitely get you involved for next year. We even cancelled our University activations only cause we didn't have something good.

If you let me know that someone can come down on Thursday, then we have to see from our agency if everything can be arranged.
It's a lot of dancing before things gets done here.
