Thanks @strawb, right now it's at 2.79 with the following pulleys:

Rear - 37/22
Middle - 16/30
Front - 40/16

Can easily increase the ratio considering smaller diff pulleys for the rear.
But I'll need a shorter belt for that.

No thermal issues whatsoever. This is what I tried to address with OTA's 3-belt design..
The motor is mainly driving the rear wheels in all overdiven kits. For me, this is what should be taken into consideration in computing for the FDR. It is where most of the load is coming from.

Changed steering arms with R2-OTA - better steering locks

People should start applying patent for their DIYs or the big guys will continue doing this over and over. I'd even go for a free kit and trash the self proud thing
