No that is not the tire, it must be a copy.
In my drift group we have a importer that brings in alot of stuff and so he imports those tires and sells to our club for special price, its a tire specially made for countersteer, it is pre camberd in choices of
-2, -5, -6, -7, -8, -9 and -10, it is perfect on the surface at our group which is polished concrete like in malls ive used it quite a few times on asphalt and it works just as good but lasts not that long about 4 weeks on ashpalt and 6 months on polished concrete- Why so long you ask? well because we only have one meet every week so yeah Lol but for the battle between drifter street and t drift for performance i would go to drifter street but you would sacrifice the life of the tire but of long lastivity go for t drift but you would sacrifice performance hope that helps
here is the proper tire

Electronics are nice and clean

Whyd you go stiff springs in front and soft rear?

PostSubject: Re: Tamiya VDF 116% CS   Tamiya VDF 116% CS EmptyThu Aug 04, 2011 2:40 pm

Well with me having 116% or 2.16% of countersteer it means that the rear is spinning twice as much as the front making the rear very very likely to flick out and i used soft springs to dampen (give a bit more grip) for this kicking out and in turn gives me a very balanced/ smooth drive wink

if you have any more questions. just ask, Glad to help wink

so in higher CS rate you mean better to have smooth rear to have little grip and hard front? but the hard front will give you more slippery front? Tamiya VDF 116% CS 806545

PostSubject: Re: Tamiya VDF 116% CS   Tamiya VDF 116% CS EmptyFri Aug 05, 2011 2:56 am

the idea in CS'ing is to have a bit of understeer in front ( hardspring+negative camber) + grip in rear (softspring+toe in+ 0 camber). its the rear wheels are actually pushing the front end, in which the front in full lock( high steering angle ) will try to compensate the overpowering of rear wheels. take a close look on D1GP cars when intiating a drift, rear spins faster than the front. CSD is just the opposite of 50/50. here in abu dhabi we have 3 vdf's running in 65%, 100% and 125%.
